General return and refund
If you are dissatisfied with any of receiving items, you can request a return. Please reach out to us to initiate your return or exchange within 10 days from the date you receive your order. We will reply to you within 7 business days (excluding weekends and Canada holidays). Please know that if 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There will occur CAD$20 handling and shipping charge for exchange and return from Canada, USD$25 from US, and US$30 for exchange and return from the rest of countries.
International shipping is experiencing ongoing delays and your return package may not make in time for your return cut-off date. But no worries, your return will be processed as soon as possible from the time we receive it in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation via email.
1. Special orders or customized Items cannot be returned.
2. Your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. You are responsible for paying all duties and taxes and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
Damaged or defected item exchange and refund
If you did receive damaged or defected items from us, please send an email to email@example.com within 10 days from the date of delivery. The email should mention the order number and attach several clear pictures of the damaged or defected items. We will reply to you within 7 business days (excluding weekends and Canada holidays). Please know that if 10 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags still attached and in all original packaging with box/pouch that you received it. No oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. SOGNO ACCESSORIES will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, SOGNO ACCESSORIES has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
2. Items purchased outside of SOGNOACCESSORIES.com must be returned through the company that it was purchased from. We only accept item including in your order number.
